Structural Characteristics and Functional Requirements of the Lathes
- The whole machine adopts separate/integral bed and body structure, the machine has compact structure,the appearances pleasant, big spindle torque(3040 N.m) with high rigidity, stable and reliable performance, and excellent accuracy stable.
- Headstock optimization design, high torque is suitable for large plate, shaft parts turning processing,which can make a straight line, arc, the inch and metric thread, multiple thread processing, apply to turning complicated shape and high accuracy requirement of disc, shaft parts processing.
- Machine tool guideway and sliding saddle guideway adopt special material of hard guide rail, with high frequency quenching, hard wear-resisting, durable, precision retaining ability is good.
- Headstock adopts precise casting, suitable for strong cutting, optimizing layout of the design, the 18th spindle gear speed, so that to realize high torque at low speed and the spindle transmission driven by automatic lubrication to guarantee gear life, ensure the shaft rod life, and ensure the bearing life.
